A procurement professional for more than 35 years. Prior to establishing his consultancy business Neil held procurement positions within the manufacturing and engineering sector resulting in working for a global leader in the automotive market.

A proven track record of achieving significant cost savings across both production and non-production materials. A strong negotiator that is able to build strong relationships with the supply base whilst still achieving all performance targets.

A highly efficient and conscientious individual with an assertive but diplomatic approach that creates trust, respect and commitment from both internal and external contacts that generate the required results. Possess sound market knowledge and an ability to effectively organise a high level of workload resulting in delighted customers.

Since creating the consultancy business in January 2004 Neil has generated significant reductions for all the clients he has worked for. While individual results vary the average level of reduction is 23%.

Neil has been a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply since 1999.
