Peter is a highly qualified Consultant with a strong financial background who applies his many years’ experience to help owners of SMEs with their challenges.

His prime activity is on facilitating the sale and acquisition of SME businesses and he is a pro-active, hands-on advisor who works closely with his clients to ensure he creates real value and optimises their aspirations. Whether it be selling their business and maximising the deal value, or in acquiring a business and ensuring a fair transferable value is negotiated and due diligence employed, his commitment and focus are assured.

He also uses his previous background of MD of a substantial turnover business in the demanding food services sector by offering his skills to identify challenges, fixing basics, and shaping the futures of SME businesses, particularly in manufacturing.

Over a 10-year period, he took the business from start-up to a £9M turnover before selling to a Blue-Chip player and taking up his current position as an Associate of the AInstIB where he has been a successful consultant for over 17 years.

His Qualifications also include being an F.C.M.A, (Fellow Chartered Management Accountants) and a Business Graduate, (Business studies BA Hons)
